Helpdesk Technician 1

85% Work from Home - 15% Onsite, Must be in the Dallas Fort Worth Area.

What this role will entail:

  • Serve as first point of contact for customers seeking technical support over the phone or email
  • Perform remote troubleshooting
  • Walk the customer through the troubleshooting process
  • Follow up and update ticket status with customer information
  • Identity and suggest possible improvement on procedures

  • Diligent with note taking
  • Passionate about customer service
  • CompTia A+ and Network+ certifications are a plus!

Our total compensation and benefits for this role includes:

  • Salary is based on experience, drive and the value you can bring to the company: and is in the range of $40,000 to $60,000 per year.
  • Ascension plan if applicable
  • We provide 95% company paid health, dental, life and vision benefits - Value of $4,500 to $15,000 per year
